WorthIt Support

Scan it. Price it. Sell it.

Something not working, or a valuation you disagree with? Email hello@elulabs.com and you’ll hear back within two business days. Mentioning your iPhone model and what you scanned helps a lot.

How it works

Photograph something you own. WorthIt identifies it, judges its condition from what the photo shows, and estimates what it sells for secondhand. You pick one of three prices, and WorthIt writes a listing for the marketplace you choose. You paste it yourself — WorthIt never posts anything on your behalf.

It got my item wrong

It happens, and the app is built to expect it. Tap Edit Details on the result and correct the name, brand, model, category or condition. Changing the condition moves the estimate with it. When WorthIt isn’t confident it says so, and shows an “Identification uncertain” badge rather than pretending.

A clearer photo of the whole item, with any logo or model label visible, usually fixes it. Photos of screens, boxes or stock images are much harder to value than the object itself.

How accurate are the values?

They are estimates, not appraisals. WorthIt is not reading live marketplace listings or sold comparables — it is judging what an item like yours, in the condition it appears to be in, typically sells for private-party. Treat the range as a starting point and sanity-check anything expensive before you rely on it.

For precious jewellery, fine art, rare antiques and anything whose value depends on authentication, WorthIt will tell you an appraisal is worth getting. Take that seriously.

What happens to my photos?

The photo you scan is sent for analysis and discarded within seconds. Nothing is written to disk on our side. Your saved items and their photos stay on your phone. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

What’s free, and what’s Pro?

Scanning and valuing is free and unlimited — that is never metered. The free tier includes three marketplace listings, total. WorthIt Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and unlocks unlimited listings plus up to five photos per item for a sharper estimate.

Reopening a listing WorthIt already wrote never costs another one.

I paid, but Pro isn’t showing

Settings › Restore Purchases re-applies a purchase made on the same Apple Account. If that doesn’t do it, email us with the date of purchase and we’ll sort it out.

Something WorthIt won’t do

It won’t write a listing for firearms, controlled substances, prescription medication or anything plainly illegal to resell. It also won’t post to any marketplace for you, or message buyers. It writes the copy; the selling is yours.

Deleting your data

Settings › Clear Scan History removes every item and photo the app holds. Deleting the app does the same. There is no account, so there is nothing else to close.
